26a25278cd When comparing parse items, ignore consumed part of their productions 
This speeds up parser generation by increasing the likelihood that we'll recognize
parse item sets as equivalent in advance, rather than having to merge their states
after the fact.

22c550c9d6 Discard tokens after error detection to find the best repair 
* Use GLR stack-splitting to try all numbers of tokens to
  discard until a repair is found.
* Check the validity of repairs by looking at the child trees,
  rather than the statically-computed 'in-progress symbols' list

c495076adb Record in parse table which actions can hide splits 
Suppose a parse state S has multiple actions for a terminal lookahead symbol A.
Then during incremental parsing, while in state S, the parser should not
reuse a non-terminal lookahead B where FIRST(B) contains A, because reusing B
might prematurely discard one of the possible actions that a batch parser
would have attempted in state S, upon seeing A as a lookahead.

52daffb3f3 Separate syntax rules into flat lists of symbols 
This way, every ParseItem can be associated with a particular production
for its non-terminal. That lets us keep track of which productions are
involved in shift/reduce conflicts.

7a2c2c1c90 Store ParseItemSets as maps, w/ core items as keys 
ParseItem no longer has a lookahead_sym field; it now represents
the 'core' of a parse item. The lookahead context is stored separately,
as a set per core item. This makes iterating, copying and merging item
sets more efficient, because before, the core items were repeated for each
different lookahead symbol.

Also, the memoization in sym_transitions(ParseItemSet) has been removed.
Maybe I'll add it back later.
