- One has to think about lifetimes if a type has one:
- `<&'a Node<'tree>>::language` now returns `LanguageRef<'tree>` instead of
`LanguageRef<'a>`, as it should;
- Remove explicit "outlives" requirements from `QueryMatches`, `QueryCaptures`,
and their impl blocks, because they're inferred
- Removed unnecessary `&mut` from `cst_render_node`'s `cursor` parameter

Tree-sitter Loader
The tree-sitter command-line program will dynamically find and build grammars
at runtime, if you have cloned the grammars' repositories to your local
filesystem. This helper crate implements that logic, so that you can use it in
your own program analysis tools, as well.
